DELIVERY DELAY

The Site is operated by Graph X Design and powered by the Shopify platform. Orders will be processed and shipped by Graph X Design within a maximum of ten (10) business days. This deadline does not include transport time.

GUARANTEES

Full warranty offered by Graph X Design against any defects in material and manufacturing.

Applicable to all products in the store. Return accepted within 10 days of receipt. Contact us via the online store so that you can be assigned a returns number. Any merchandise returned without a return slip may be refused.

Graph X Design will provide a free replacement of the defective product.  He will be responsible for the outward and return transportation costs.

Under no circumstances will Graph X Design be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse or inadequate maintenance.

Please note that no new goods will be returned to you before the defective product has been received at the address indicated on the return slip.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Inadequate clothing size :

• If the size of the garment is not suitable, you can return it to us so that we can replace it with the new size you want, if the latter is still available. Return transport costs are your responsibility.
• If the replacement size is no longer available, we we will notify you. You can therefore decide to keep the clothing you have in Mayn, choose another size and/or color or to be reimbursed. Please note that if you opt for reimbursement, the product must be returned to us at your expense.

You don't like the product:

• If you do not like the product received, you can return it to us for a restocking fee of 15% of the product value. Transport costs are your responsibility.
